On Oct. 13, I attended the livestock exposition (Expo Ganadera) in Guadalajara with Antonio of Hacking Diem. Because Chiapas is a rural state, Antonio is working on a variety of tech devices to improve livestock production, milk output and computer tracking of animal feeding patterns.
